Basic Policy Against Anti-Social Forces

Yamada Consulting Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby declares its basic policy against Anti-Social Forces (“ASF”) as follows.

• The Company will not have any relationship with ASF, including any business partnership.
• The Company will decisively reject any unreasonable demands from ASF, any under-the-table deals with ASF, or funding to ASF. The Company will also take whatever legal action as necessary against such demands, deals, or funding.
• The organization as a whole will take measures against ASF in cooperation with external specialized organizations.
